Our Knee Wrap with Magnetic Pads contains 5 removeable magnet pads which can be placed in the area needed. This wrap contains a total of 24 neodymium magnets, each of which is 12,300 gauss. The unipole magnets are oriented such that the North (negative) pole is towards the body.
