Some have menus that pop when you click their buttons, others have menus that pop when you simply hover over the buttons. On this page, the top buttons have click-type menus and the side buttons are merely buttons that link somewhere. All of our 66 web pages have navigation bars on the top and side. Keep the parts you want, dump the parts you don't need. Stick words in the top menus and words with links around them in the side buttons so they function for your purposes. White text will look cool.
