Returns and Cancellations

RETURNS
MCS Investments, DBA aglasshalffull.org will replace or refund your purchase (less shipping and handling charges) if returned within 30 days of your order date. Downloaded or electronically delivered products are not returnable or refundable.

All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will be issued an RMA along with instructions about how and where to send your return (not all items are shipped from the same location). We cannot accept returns that are not previously authorized. Items returned without an RMA or after 30 days of the order date will be refused.

Your return must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice or sales receipt. Send your securely wrapped packages as we instruct you to the address we give you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. We suggest that you ship with proof of delivery from the carrier and insure your item, as we cannot provide credit for items we haven't received.

We will credit your original payment method less all shipping, insurance and handling charges.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note: we usually ship your order within 2 business days. We often ship the same day. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so provided it has not shipped. To cancel, call us at 541-431-0592 or email us . If you cancel before the order has shipped, we will refund the full amount we have charged you. If your order has already shipped, you must follow the RETURNS instructions, above.
