Computer Setups for the Reclining
This web site has already dealt with most aspects of computing setups when one is in a recliner but not reclined, in a recliner and partially reclined, and on a bed inclined or non-inclined. We've also covered most aspects of side-lying computing.

In short, the
Styrofoam desk is the best bet for most partially reclined keyboarders. I found this out from years of use.
